Human Resources
Responsibilities: Responsible
for the coordination of all recruiting, pre-employment testing, skill
assessment, employment paperwork and maintenance of personnel files. Develops policy, procedures and job
descriptions. Directs and
coordinates
labor relations, employee services and continuous analysis of the
workforce.
Training
Responsibilities: Directs
the training staff and provides
customized campaign specific training modules with end-of-course
evaluation and
follow-up. Tracks the
performance/progress of employees and provides retraining and refresher
courses
as needed.
Security
Responsibilities: Directs
the security staff and provides a
safe working environment.
Civic/Community
Outreach Responsibilities:
Represents Customer Linx interests
in the community through participation in the local Chamber of
Commerce, the
city, county and civic groups.
Participates on committees such as the Chamber Governmental
Affairs
Committee, the City Wilson Bay Restoration Committee, the County Civic
Affairs
Committee and the County Keep Onslow County Beautiful Committee.
